Factory-new Dellorto PHM 38 BD1 carburetor for the BMW R90S.

This carburetor is the original equipment on the BMW R90S Right Side, but can be re-jetted to suit any engine.

This carburetor is marked D which indicates that the adjusting screws are located on the RIGHT side (D = Destra for Right in Italian).

It is a typical 4-stroke carburetor with an accelerator pump.

It features an M52 x 1.25 threaded air intake connection.
It also features a 45 - 48mm clamp-type engine connection.

Comes equipped with a cable type choke mechanism fitted but a lever type can be supplied if requested.
It also features a vacuum take-off for balancing purposes.

The standard jetting is as follows:

• 605 Slide
• K4 Needle
• 260 AB Atomiser
• 155 Main jet
• 60 Idle jet
• 38 Pump Jet
• 60 Choke jet
• 300 Needle valve
• 7450.1 Float - 8.5 grams
