This adapter enables you to mount a Weber 38 DGAS carburettor onto the inlet manifold which was originally intended for a Solex or Pierburg 4 A 1 carburetor.

As mechanical wear drives lot of the, already overly complicated, Solex 4A1 carburetors towards the end of their working life, it might be time to switch to a brand new Weber to give your engine a new lease of life.

For this purpose, we can supply a range of conversion kits but when you are already in possession of a Weber 38 DGAS carburetor, then this adapter will bridge the gap between the two.

So, this adapter will fit your inlet manifold (intended for a Pierburg or Solex 4A1) while the Weber 38 DGAS will fit on top of the adapter (with the help of a spacer).

Please note that this concerns the adapter ONLY.

To complete your conversion we can supply you with the so-called "Fit-Kit" which consists of the base gasket, various bolts, spring washers and studs.
Going even one step further, we can also supply the heat-isolating spacer for the Weber DGAS.
