Gunson Brake Fluid Tester.

A simple and effective tester shows the condition of the brake fluid with a colored response.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic and thus draws in water and moisture.

The moisture in your brake system not only causes unwanted corrosion but also lower the boiling point of the brake fluid which can lead to premature brake failure under critical circumstances.

This tester establishes the water content in your brake fluid and indicates its condition by means of 3 colored LED indicators:

• Green: your brake fluid contains less than 1.5% moisture; it's OK!
• Yellow: your brake fluid contains between 1,5 and 3% moisture; it's becoming critical but still usable; a fluid change should be considered
• Red: your brake fluid contains more than 3% moisture and is UNSAFE to use! Change fluid immediately!
