This is a brass dust cover that is put on the outside of the throttle shaft bearing on a Solex ADDHE carburettor.

It keeps the dust out and therewith prolongs the life of the bearings.

Please note that his same disc is also used on the inside of the bearing and is listed under number 204 on the drawing.
