This is an adjustable Malpassi Fuel Pressure Regulator, developed for use on turbo-charged engines.

It is equipped with a single outlet.

It can also be used to reduce the fuel pressure in a system that was previously equipped with a high-pressure fuel injection system.
In that case, it reduces a 60 PSI (4 Bar) pressure down to circa 5 PSI (0,35 Bar).
if the pressure needs to go down even further, then the regulator is then placed between the pump and a regular fuel pressure regulator.

It is supplied with fuel line connectors for fuel line with an internal diameter of 8 mm.

We strongly advise you to secure your fuel lines using our Stainless Steel Jubilee Clips.

It is supplied complete with bracket and nuts & bolt as shown in the photograph.

As it is a regulator with a single outlet, it has 4 connections as shown in the picture:

A – High pressure fuel in

B – Fuel return to tank

C – Turbo air pressure in or leave open to atmosphere in non-turbo applications

D – Low pressure fuel outlet to carburettor

E – Fuel pressure adjusting screw & locking nut
