The size, or calibration if you want to call it that, is engraved into the jet itself.
That way, you can always determine "what it was when it was produced".

Please note that is the LATE type of these idle jets, recognizable by the round head.

These jets measure some 7.7 mm across the round part of the head, 6.9 mm across the thread and some 23.6 mm in total height.
