This is a Teikei idle (or Pilot) jet as used in various Keihin, Mikuni, Hitachi and Teikei carburetors.

The size, or calibration if you want to call it that, is engraved into the jet itself.
That way, you can always determine "what it was when it was produced".

Please note that the variety of Japanese motorcycle jets is really overwhelming and that it is very well possible that your carburetor uses a different type of jet.
