Milled from a solid piece of aluminum with a crimped-on gauze.

M42 x 1.25 threaded connection.

The gauze adds some 15 mm to the length of the trumpet bringing the overall length to some 45 mm.

The diameter at the gauze end is some 75 mm.

Holley 12 Volt Vanes-Type Fuel Pump Kit with Pressure Regulator.

This is the famous Holley Blue Label Vanes Fuel pump.

It is the perfect alternative to the more usual plunger / piston and Solid-State pumps.

Thanks to its vanes-design, there is virtually no pulsation and less wear and tear.

It comes complete with suitable pressure regulator, capable of handling pressures up to 14 PSI.

Pump specification:

  • Current draw: 3 Amps
  • Voltage: 12 Volts
  • Flow rate (free): 110 Gallons / 400 Liters per hour
  • Flow rate at 9 PSI (0.6 Bar): 88 Gallons / 330 Liters per hour
  • Maximum Pressure: 14 PSI / 0.95 Bar
  • Includes an externally accessible pressure regulator
  • Weight: 3 Lbs / 1.36 KG
  • Inlet- and Outlet-Size: 3/8" NPT

Suitable for many different fuels, including modern ones, but NOT suited for Methanol or Ethanol based fuels.

We strongly advise you to secure your fuel lines using our Stainless Steel Jubilee Clips.

When using an electrical fuel pump, we also advise you to equip your vehicle with an Inertia Fuel Cut-Off Switch as a safety precaution.

As specified above, this pump uses 3/8th NPT thread for its couplings.

This thread is not widely available in all corners of the earth.
For this reason we offer suitable fuel unions HERE.

In total you need 5 unions (2 on the pump and 3 on the regulator).

To make life even easier for you, you can order 8 mm straight fuel unions right along with your pump by selecting them through the drop-box above.

When ordered separately, these 5 unions would cost US$ 29.75.
When ordered along with the pump, we can discount them to US$ 25.00 for the set of 5.

This is a complete overhaul kit for the Fispa Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Please note that Fispa has produced at least two different versions over the years:

  1. The version WITHOUT a pin on the center of the diaphragm
  2. This version here WITH a pin on the center of the diaphragm

The difference between the two will be clear from this picture:
